If you are experiencing health problems that are impacting your quality of life Sherry does take on select clients but please note it is strictly limited on an availability basis as vacancies arise.

If there is a vacancy and you would like to proceed, the normal procedure is to fill out a health and lifestyle assessment, meet with Sherry to discuss this. (This part can be done via the internet with the use of Skype, if required). Sherry will then devise a strategic plan based on your specific needs which can include a kitchen audit, shopping expedition, private tuition cooking classes and support sessions as required.
